Hey guys,

So I m looking for a nutrition bar/protein bar that not only has to be gluten free, but also nut free. My girlfriend and I live together and she is highly allergic to all tree nuts, so we can t have any nut products in the house (coconut is the exception). I m looking for a product or recipe that satisfies both of these conditions. I ve tried places like google and pinterest, as well as all grocery stores in my area, and everything I m finding is free of one or the other, but never both. For what it s worth, we live in Ontario, Canada, right on the border of the US. While we don t necessarily want to shop over there with the exchange rate, we will consider it if their are no other options.

I m trying to clean up my music, and for some songs, I can edit all information by doing the following:

Right click song>Properties>Details

And then I can edit the name, album etc.

But for other songs I follow the same steps but It won t let me edit the info. They are all .mp3 files, I ve unchecked read only for the song, and for the folder. I can not find a rhyme or reason as to when this happens.

Any suggestions?

I am a 21 year old Canadian citizen. Right out of high school I went to college. I took police foundations (fast track). The program started September 2011 and ended August 2012. I graduated with a 3.9 overall GPA. I used OSAP to go through college, and am still paying that back. In high school I took college level courses and maintained a 90 overall average.

I want to go to university to study criminology. How would I go about doing this as I do not have any university level classes from high school? Also, can I get more OSAP while still paying back my current loan?

I got the hard drive at Christmas, and up until yesterday it was working fine. I simply unplugged in from my computer and when I went to use it this morning it no longer works. The light will not turn on, it doesn't show up in my computer, or device manager. When I first go to plug it into my computer it makes a faint beeping noise or about 3-5 seconds and then stops. My computer must be recognizing it some how because when I plug it or unplug it the computer makes the typical noise when things are connected. I have read online about possibly needing to uninstall and re-install the drivers, but I am worried I will lose all my info, or that I will not be able to re-install as it's not being recognized. What can I do to fix this issue? Thanks!

I live in Ontario, Canada and would probably be flying out of Detroit Metro. How much on average would it cost to go to London, England for 1 week? So I want to create something in excel where you enter numbers and it gives an answer. A lot like how online calculators determine calorie needs or BMI. Anyone know how I could do that?

I would like to meet with a dietician so I could get a personalized diet, but I am not sure if OHIP will cover it. Does anyone know?

I just found a bump on my ankle, it feels like a bruise, but I do not remember hitting it off anything. I do a quite a bit of running (5-5.5 miles per week). Any idea what this could be? I would like to avoid a hospital/doctor trip right now as I can't afford the time off work (I'll go if I really have too).

I eat pretty healthy as it is, but I'm really unsure of the specifics that I should eat based on my activity level.

My goal is to maintain current weight, but to lose fat and gain muscle. I know I should be eating around 1600-1700 calories per day, but what kinds of things should I eat to help with my goals. I'm very active, working out 5 days per week. My schedule look a little like this:

Day 1:

5 Min warm up run

60 mins weight lifting (hard, all reps going to failure)

5 min cool down run

5 min stretching

Day 2:

2 mile run, no walking (will be working up to 4-5 miles)

30 mins weight lifting (hard, all reps to failure)

5 mins stretching

What should I eat to be sure my body is using fat for energy? Should my diet be high carb or low carb? What about fat, how much should I have? Does anyone do a similar workout and if so what does your diet look like? Thanks!

How do the movie tie-in editions differ from the original books, other than the cover?

I am getting an iphone 5 and i am not sure how much MB I will need. I will be using data mainly for:

- Checking facebook regularly for about 30 seconds at a time (just my news feed and the random message once in a while)

- Checking email once or twice a day (it's mostly junk so I won't be actually opening the emails to read them, I probably open about 2 out of every 10).

- I won't really be using online apps as I have my ipod touch for that.

The plan I am looking at offers 150MB so I am wondering if that will be enough. Thanks for your help.

The past few days I have been excessively thirsty, no matter how much water I drink, and I have woken up with a dry mouth/lips. I have also been feeling fatigued, loss of appetite and have had rapid weight loss (about 8 pounds in a week or so). Is this just a regular flu? i am wondering because I have not had my flu shot. If not what could it be? I will make an appointment with my doctor tomorrow, but I don't want to go in if its just a flu.

Following the legend that sates vampires die if they go out in sunlight, what if it is a rainy overcast day? Can they go out? I guess what I am asking is, is it only direct sun rays that kills vampires?

Would it just be 59^5? If not how would I figure it out?
