Is there any baroque piece which sounds bad?
I know some pieces of modern era of classical genre which sound great, and some which sound like ****.
I also know some pieces from other genres like pop, metal, jazz, rock, etc which sound great and some pieces wich sound like **** (and most people say so)
I searched but I can't seem to find any pieces of baroque period which sounds bad, annoying, or like ****. They sound like fine to me. There are some recordings that sound bad, but the piece itself, on some other recordings sound good, and commentaries says it's good.
Is there any examples of pieces from baroque period which sound bad? Do some "bad" pieces survive?
