What will happen if a person with high metabolism exercises intensely everyday?
I have a very slow metabolism but I excercise 5 times a week 2 hours a day to stay fairly thin and muscular. I used to be like 200 pounds when I didn't but now 120 pounds and maintained it the past 3 years. I'm just wondering if a person with high metabolism that never excercised to stay skinny started doing the intense excercises I do? Also about how many calories a day would they need?

I have been drinking 1% milk but the doctor told me it is not good for teens. He said whole milk will support growth and is more natural and has a lot more nutrients. Since I am pretty short. He also reccomends me to drink around 3 cups a day. He wants me to cut out the junk food snacks and replace them with whole. So is this healthy and will it support growth? I know growth is also with genetics but I want to support it so I can grow the tallest my genetics will allow me. Thanks!

My subwoofer's manual says recommended box is 35hrtz at 3.0cubic feet or 32hrtz at 4.0cubic feet. Now I am looking at a 3.0 cubic feet box which says port freq (FB) is 40hrtz and cut-off freq (F3) is 35hrtz. What do these mean? Thanks!!!

I set hide wall posts on FB since I am friends friends with my sister who is also friends with my parents and I do not want them snooping on me. I am not friends with them. My friend did it for a year and managed to lose 80 pounds, he was obese before now he is normal. He ran for 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week. Now he has been eating normally 2000-2500 calories a day for 4 months and is doing P90x as his exexercisesnd no weight gain. What are the possible effects of what he done since he lowered his blood cholesterol after a year of 900 calories a day which is good but also according to the blood test, he is vitamin D deficient, and yes he went to the doctor to do lots of blood work. Since the last 6 months his hands and feet turn cold and yellow and his lips and ears turn pale at times. Also he seems to be suffering from depression and depdepersonalizationike at times he views life as unreal and says it feels like a dream. So I am just concerned, so are these side effects because of his fast weight lost, because now he is taking supsupplementsd vitamin B shots and his doctor is referring him to a pshpsychiatrist. So just want to know if this is linked to his fast weight lost because he never felt these things before when he was obese. Thanks!!!

It just started doing that this month. I also been getting yellow feet and hands for like 8 months already, are these connected? What is this, I went to my doctor but it was not pale and I took blood tests and it says everything is normal except for a slight Vitamin B deficiency. So what is wrong with me? Thanks!!!
