My step-brother was born in Guam, does he eligible for American Passport?
Our father is Singaporean and so am I . My step-brother was born in Guam, his mother is Israeli . Now he holds Israeli and Singaporean citizenship at a time even the Constitution does not recognize it . Does he eligible for American Passport as he is born in Guam ?
