Include All your Keywords in Title Tag, Meta Description Tag and in You Body Content.
Invite some friends and People to Tweet about your blog post, Update it to other social networking website like facebook, twitter, likedin and Pinterst. Get some Links from Authority website. I think one link is more than enough to get ranking for this kind of keywords.

Won't be able to give you a complete SEO course here but the first thing to do is placing your keyword as the title of your article page iklan internet murah efektif berkualitas indonesia (expl. for your html page). Then you should try to get as much links to your site with that title set as the anchor text.
