How to avoid getting bad dream?
Is there any simple way or quickly 'doable' tips to eliminate nightmares right away? I need some tips, please. Thanks.

a dream catcher is worth a shot. you could also try going lucid so you can control your dreams. this is how i do it. when you go to bed, imagine yourself walking up a lighthouse (circular staircase) and counting down from one hundred with each step. when you get to 0, you're at the top of the light house, open the door and fly away. you will be asleep, but awake in your dream. and flying dreams are awesome.

Bad dreams are caused normally by worries. You may not feel like you're worried, but deep down inside there will be something. Buy a dream catcher or a worry doll (tiny dolls which you put under your pillow to fet rid of the worries)- these may not actually work but will help phsycologically. It helped me, just try it! :)

In my experance bad dreams can stem from a book or movie or alot of circumstance.Whenever I fall asleep watching somthing on tv i end up dreaming about it its crazy.i guess because whatever your thinking about before you go to sleep.
