Which one better, iPad 4 vs iPad mini? Upgrade from iPad 1.?
Hello, I'm an iPad user since 2010, now thinking to upgrade my iPad, I use mainly GoodReader for document, LogTenPro, ForeFlight and JeppFD. Does iPad mini compatible with all this software or should I just go for iPad 4? Don't you thing it's too small to read approach chart in iPad mini?
I need your advise.
This gadget is very usefull I think, I prefer bring Ton of Ebook in PDF format as reference, on iPad, than on my Briefcase.

I presume the iPad 1 does the job, iPad 4 will be much nicer with the retina display and a fast processor. The iPad mini is too small.

I use the iPad 3 and I couldn't imagine using something smaller. The iPad mini should be able to run all of that software.

You do know an Android or Windows tablet has the same abilities. The androids with very good screens, GPS, and gyros internal to them sell for several hundred less! Just another option. The full flight pack is $49.00. There are other options.

I think you do not need either. Paper charts never require batteries or a recharge.
