How to remove pixelation from some videos?

is there anyway to remove some pixelation from a video? only certain area/parts of the film that was pixelated, not the entire video? Thanks

    Either Try cutting right at the point where it starts and ends and deleat it. And then also try using a cross fade so the it just looks like you added a transition there.
