Does it means I'm arrogant when I don't reply on this guy?
Well my sister suddenly gives my number to her guy friend and this guy keeps texting me. I mad at my sister because she didn't ask me first about it. It bothers me a lot! I only reply on him once or twice and never after it but he keeps texting me. Why can't he just understand from that to stop texting me?I don't know why but I just uninterested to text him back plus I'm just a lazy texter. Once he told my sister that I'm arrogant and idgaf, I don't know him anyway. Does it makes me arrogant?

Who is the Guy to your sister and why does he text you without knowing you? Either you are missing some facts or he is a complete Jerk but you also needed to tell him that you got your own job to do and hence, he needs to stop texting you. You just need to act in a way which will make it more obvious to him that he needs to mind his own business and stop bothering you unless it is something important, serious or useful that requires your attention. Arrogant is the wrong term, Ignorant is a better one but it's okay to ignore one you had nothing to do with. Just explain him that he can go to his Mommy dear for complaints cause you ain't his Daddy. That's it. Good Luck.

No, it certainly doesn't make you arrogant! It just means you're "not interested"...his problem, not yours, if he can't take the hint.
