About my laptop? Suddenly off by itself! Help!?
Hi, I have a laptop, Dell Inspiron Q15R .
Recently, when i was playing a video, the screen suddenly broken. And i decided to shut down and turned it on again, but my laptop won't on again. (it used to be work)
After 1 week i didn't use it, i can on it about 1 hour before it shut down by itself. And, tonight, it just can hold on about 4-5 minutes and then off again.
So, what's the problem with my laptop?
Is it overheated? or there's a problem with the VGA?

Feel the fan or somewhere next to the fan - Is it hot?... If so it is overheating if not than you have another issue.
It is useless to guess what could be the possible issue so take it into an IT shop so they can diagnose it... It could be all sorts of things:
Lose Connection
Shortage
Driver Malfunction
Component Failure
Etc..

Might be overheated, try not to block the ventillation and check if the fan is working. Let it rest for a few hours then try again, if problem persists see a professional that can fix it
