What will you do if you're crushing on the same guy as your best friend?

Help, I'm having a crush on the same guy as my best friend (call her as N) and I don't expect that to happen. Of course I don't tell anyone about that because I don't want to break our friendship. But, this guy told my other best friend that he has no feeling at all for N more than just a friend. I feel so sad to hear it but I feel so evil too for feeling a bit happy. That guys texts me nearly every day and we could spend like hours. Last time, we were texting about 7 hours. Should I continue this or should I just stop?
