God heals sickness. Whether He heals someone or not depends on several factors, the most important being determined by the person asking for healing.

No, because "spiritual healing" is crap and doesn't exist. If you have a physical sickness then you seek out a specialist in physical sickness, i.e. a doctor. Loony tune quacks aren't going to help you.

Sometimes, yes. There is a great book called the Art of Spiritual Healing written by a guy that was truly blessed with the ability to heal even at a distance. The book explains how and why it works. I think applied biochemical nutrition works better, just understanding what things your body needs in the right amounts and supplying them for the body works well for me.

Let's say you had a caring relative by your side after surgery, holding your hand, cheering you up, and attending to some of your needs, and your post-op recovery time was shorter, maybe significantly shorter, than average. Maybe your age and general state of health was also taken into account to make this determination.
