Theology is a critical study which questions everything about religious topics. It's not an established set of beliefs. Natural law is something that is established by nature.

    That depends on two things:

a - on what *exactly* you mean by "natural laws" (that term is defined or described in some theologies, but does not appear in many)

b - which particular theology is under discussion!

They go hand in hand as God is the maker of those laws.

For example, the First Law of Thermodynamics states that matter and energy cannot be created or destroyed, just changed in form. Yet even athee-evo scientists with their Big Bang Theory concede that the universe had to come from nothing. (If they claim that it always existed in some form, they know that is a violation of The Second Law of Thermodynamics which states that all matter and energy degenerates toward disorder; cf. Rom 8:21.) Whenever a law of nature is violated, that, by definition, involves the supernatural (i.e. God).

To work around this problem, without any scientific proof whatsoever, athee-evo scientists simply declare that there must have been some law of nature in play during the early trillionths of a second of the universe's existence (or somehow before) that explains the anomaly, but they just haven't discovered it yet.

Such is no surprise because atheism is fundamentally built upon a blind faith in scientists that they will one day discover whatever must be discovered to keep their false beliefs about God intact (e.g. the Oort Cloud, dark matter and dark energy).

Theology is a primitive speculation about natural laws.

    Theology is talking about stories.

Natural laws are our own description of how stuff behaves.

There is no relation between the two.
