Do you think I should tell him that I like him?
So there's this guy, I think he's kinda cute and I'm really interested to get to know him better, but I just don't really know how. He's a senior in my college. He is always surrounded with his friends, so I don't feel like I have any space to talk to him, and I only have his IG. I respond to his stories sometimes and chat a little through DM but he doesn't always get notifications when he receives DM because his IG is old-versioned, so conversation doesn't really flow between us, but I'm pretty sure that he's aware that I exist lol. He even put me in his "close friend" list on his instastory, but I can't just assume he likes me just because of that. We only have one class together and this will be his last semester in college, so at the end of the semester, I'm planning to tell him straight up that I like him and I actually want to get to know him.
Do you think I should give it a shot? or is that a bad idea and come off as creepy?

Fiest of all you should propose him to be a friend....for that u can make a friend from his friend list and try to be getting close

Of course you should tell him, otherwise how is he going to know. Stupid question.
